Avoiding Neocolonialism in Modern Missions

Missions engagement throughout the United States has been predicated on serving the less fortunate, as it should be. Somewhere along the line, we moved from serving others, to implementing programs steeped in U.S-centrism. In this breakout session, we will explore the question: How do we shake our neocolonialist stereotype and get back to eliciting true transformation through service and relationship?
