Policy Governance®, Policy-Based Governance, or Church Council: Why Change?

You may have heard of Policy Governance. Perhaps you may use or know several LCMS churches or RSO's that use policy-based governance. And you all know about the Church Council approach. In this seminar, we will explore the differences between each system’s governing focus, the benefits and challenges of each system, and how to analyze whether or not to change the way you govern.
