What if church volunteers were trained to not only connect with people in their church but to reach out to people in their community? In establishing the Cancer Companions ministry, Karen Tripp MS LMFT completed a Best Practice Evaluation to determine effective means of connecting with people outside the church. Her discoveries are presented here for use with any ministry looking for ways to touch their community for Christ.
