This session will look at leading a mission trip that has a positive impact on those who are served and those who are being served in a positive way. We will discuss mistakes made and lessons learned from prior trips. We will examine Trinity’s overseas mission model and also explore some current mission opportunities.

Pastor Terry serves as an Associate Pastor at Trinity Lutheran in Bloomington, Illinois and has a special focus in the areas of missions, community outreach, new member connections and care and concern. He is a second career pastor formerly a CPA. In the ministry he has served in Guatemala, Texas and Illinois. He has been on various mission trips in the United States, Guatemala, Haiti and Kenya. He now has the joy of serving and encouraging others people to experience God’s love and to share that joy with others.
God has blessed Him with a great partner Sandy, his wife. They have been blessed with 3 children Gabe (Sara) Strom, Beth (Noah) Dodd and Kristen (Don) Stout and 2 awesome grandchildren Eli and Hudson Dodd.
